Adding2it was founded in 2005 by Jane Kenyon MCIPD, and Camilla Mattison, BA (Hons), MREC, when they identified the need for a professional HR Support Service which was able to integrate seamlessly into an organisation’s HR function.
Combining their many years of experience, they have developed a modular approach to HR support to combine specific customer needs with an accessible and practical service enabling Adding2it to provide just the right level of resource when and where it is needed. The modules correspond with the HR needs an organisation may have, beginning with the recruitment of an employee, through to organisational training, providing necessary policies and procedures, performance appraisal and performance management, employment relations and organisational transformation.
Utilising a network of associates and employing staff, Adding2it has been able to draw on specialist HR knowledge and experience to work effectively with organisations large & small, throughout Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
Adding2it offers a fresh approach to HR consultancy; working in partnership with customers to ensure the solutions fit the individual circumstances, taking into account internal culture and past practices as well as external factors such as changes in legislation. This results in customer specific practical solutions.

Camilla Mattison
BA (Hons), MREC
Camilla Mattison graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1990 with a BA Honours degree in Human Geography and subsequently went on to specialise as a Recruitment Professional. Camilla’s experience has been derived from small, medium and international organisations.

Jane Kenyon
MCIPD
Jane Kenyon is an HR practitioner who qualified with a HNC Merit in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, before migrating to pursue a career in Human Resources. Jane became IPD qualified in 1999 at Leicester’s DeMontfort University and currently holds an MCIPD.

“Adding2it (Camilla and Jane) were hired to support myself (an external HR Consultant) and the existing HR team within Electrocomponents to deliver a complex restructuring of the Group Information Systems client group, during a period of intense change in the GIS area.
